Pitch Promotion delivers Paris' Link building to La Lucette
Date: 12 January 2010
Category: Development
French property developer Pitch Promotion said it has completed the development of the Link office building in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. The High Quality Environmental (HQE)-certified building, offering 10,500 m2 of space and 71 parking spaces on two levels, was delivered last week to the French SIIC La Lucette.

Compagnie La Lucette, which bought the asset with a forward-purchase agreement over a year ago, said that the investment confirms 'its strategy mainly focused on large, redeveloped office buildings in the Paris region.' Designed by architects Cabinet Cédric Vigneron, the 14-storey building has been developed by Pitch Promotion over the past 15 months.
