PIK Group, a London-listed Russian real estate developer, has announced the reappointment of Pavel Grachev as chairman of the board.

Grachev has held the post of managing director of investment group Nafta Moskva since 2008. Between 2006 and 2008, he was a member of the board of JSC Polymetal. Grachev has served on the boards of Polus-Gold and PIK from 2009 up to the present.
