Pigeon to drive Henderson's RPI programme

Henderson Global Investors has hired Jenny Pidgeon as a director of property for its Responsible Property Investment (RPI) programme. Pidgeon's initial key objective will be to expand the RPI programme from the UK to all European portfolios. She will also be responsible for the business' annual reporting and contribute to Henderson Group responsible investment initiatives such as the UNPRI survey.

Pidgeon joins from Upstream Sustainability Services, where she worked with several leading investors on their sustainability strategies and was involved with industry research into the link between sustainability and investment performance. She has delivered RPI training programmes, occupier engagement projects, sustainability performance data monitoring and benchmarking.
