Deutsche Pfandbriefbank provides EUR 46m for Swedish deal

German real estate lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a SEK 422 million (EUR 46 mln) facility to a Swedish investor for the acquisition of a 95,400-m2 distribution centre.

Ness Risan & Partners, with Wilfast Förvaltning as asset manager, used the funding to finance the purchase of Nordic Distribution Centre Jönköping.

Nordic Distribution Centre Jönköping owns the asset which serves as the Scandinavian hub for a subsidiary of Dixon Retail. The transaction closed on 23 June 2011.
