Partners Group awarded new investment mandate

Swiss investment manager Partners Group has been awarded a mandate for global real estate investments by the Swiss Investment Foundation Pensimo Management. This new investment programme focuses on value-added and opportunistic investment strategies in the private real estate market on a global basis.

This represents the first instance of a Partners Group investment programme which allows Swiss pension funds to participate in the growth of the opportunistic private real estate market, the company said. Major Swiss pension funds have already committed CHF 140 mln (EUR 132 mln) to this investment programme, which remains open to other investors.

Partners Group is a global private markets investment management firm with over EUR 20 bn in investment programs under management in private equity, private debt, private real estate and private infrastructure.
