Panattoni to develop 2nd distribution park near Warsaw

Industrial property developer Panattoni Europe is to build a second distribution facility in the Warsaw satellite town of Święcice.

Panattoni Park Święcice II will comprise up to 20,000 m2 of space over two buildings. The first building, currently under development, is a BTS project dedicated to an international company from the logistics sector.

The facility will offer 10,300 m2 of space and can be extended to 20,000 m2. Construction works started in August. The second planned building will offer 6,000 m2 of industrial space for a varied pool of tenants.

The new centre is situated in the direct vicinity of the completed Panattoni Park Święcice 1.
