Panattoni appoints new head of capital markets

Logistics developer Panattoni Europe has announced the appointment of Artur Mokrzycki as head of capital markets Europe, based in the group's Paris office.

Mokrzycki will be responsible for investor management and relationships including capital sourcing and structuring for the Panattoni platform across Europe. He will be replacing Vince George who has relocated to the US.

Mokrzycki has 20 years of experience in real estate investment management. He joined Panattoni Europe from AEW Europe where he held various positions including managing director for Central Europe and more recently fund manager of PBW I and PBW II funds. In these capacities he was responsible for debt and equity raising, acquisitions and management of a EUR 1.3 bn real estate portfolio.
