P3 opens office in Romania
Date: 15 April 2011
Category: Logistics
International warehousing specialist PointPark Properties (P3) has opened a new office in Romania, which it said represents a 'natural' step in its planned expansion across Europe.

The move strengthens the company's ability to service its clients' needs on current projects, especially PointPark Cluj-Turda, it said. The new office in Bucharest will also increase services to investors and grow the customer base in the country.

'This is indeed a very important step for P3 and we have been working hard to make it happen. I am confident that the local presence in Romania will help us improve our first-class customer service even further and support P3's growth goals. We will be working in various locations to attract Build-To-Suit projects to Romania,' said Craig Maguire, managing director of P3 in Romania.

P3 currently actively manages properties in 11 European countries and has offices in Prague, Paris, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, London, Bratislava and Warsaw.
