P3 delivers BTS project in Poznan

Logistics specialist PointPark Properties (P3) has announced completion of construction and delivery of a 23,000 m2 Class-A warehouse and production facility in its park in Poznan, Poland. The space was pre-leased to promotional product distribution firm PF Concept.

'Despite a complicated fit out process, we are very pleased to have delivered a quality product ahead of schedule. Our team have done a great job,' P3 managing director Craig Maguire said.

'This build-to-suit project has been delivered quickly and efficiently with high class materials incorporating many environmental sustainable features, growing our green offer which has been delivered elsewhere in Europe by P3. This allows our tenant's to reduce energy costs,' added Damian Grzywacz, P3's development manager.

PointPark's logistics park in Poznan offers a total of 181,000 m2 of warehouse space.
