Oliver Zimper strengthens IVG Asset Management

Oliver Zimper has joined the management board of Wiesbaden-based IVG Asset Management to run the Transaction division. Since 2008 the real-estate economist (ebs) has been a managing partner of the STAM Europe Group, in charge of the investment division as well as of the establishment of the Germany-related business within the framework of the European investment and asset management platform.

IVG Immobilien AG is one of the major real estate companies in Europe. The company manages assets worth about EUR 22 bn, and has 595 employees (FTE) in 18 selected major German and European cities. In combination with the closed-end funds for private investors, IVG manages funds and mandates amounting to a volume of EUR 15.3 bn.
