NSI, Vastned O/I merge to create EUR 2.3b Dutch REIT

NSI has announced the completion of its merger with Vastned Offices/Industrial. The combination of the two Amsterdam-listed property companies will be known as NSI and will have a mixed real estate investment fund with a portfolio of EUR 2.3 bn.

Trading in the new NSI ordinary shares will commence on Friday morning, at the opening of Euronext Amsterdam.

The new NSI invests in offices and retail in the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland.
