Notapierre buys office project in Marseille

The Notapierre investment vehicle, advised by B&C Asset Management, has announced the purchase of the Coeur Capelette office project in Marseille for around EUR 38 mln. The vendor is developer Kaufman & Broad.

Located in the new Capelette district in the 10th arrondissement of Marseille, the scheme will offer 11,400 m2 of office accommodation and 160 parking spaces on completion which is planned for the end of 2012. The property is 70%-leased to Pôle Emploi which uses the asset as its regional headquarters.
