Notapierre buys 27,000 m2 office for EUR 100m

The SCPI Notapierre investment vehicle, owned by Union Notariale Financière and managed by B&C France, has acquired an office complex in the Antony Parc II business park for just over EUR 100 mln. The vendor is Iceland-based Askar Capital, financed by German lender Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.

The scheme offers nearly 27,000 m2 of office accommodation. Designed by star architect Jean-Paul Viguier, it was completed in 2007 and is located in the Croix de Berny business district of Antony, in the Ile de France region. Main tenants are InfoPro Communications, Chronopost, Veolia Water and Adisseo.

Jones Lang LaSalle and Icade Conseil advised the seller.
