Nordea Poland enters pre-lease deal with Landprop

Nordea Bank Polska has entered into a pre-lease agreement with Landprop Services for 11,600 m2 at a built-to-suit office building in Gdynia, Poland. The agreements signed are the culmination of a thorough search of all Nordea's alternatives in conjunction with Nordea's consultant Catella Property Group.

Landprop Servicesand its subsidiaries have been active in Poland for several years and have a long track record of developing office buildings in Poland and throughout Europe. The group will construct Nordea Bank Polska’s new premises to US Green Building Council's LEED Silver requirements on a plot of land purchased in 2009 within close proximity to the current Bank location.

Nordea Polska aims to move into the new premises in 2012.
