Lindberg takes helm at Skanska's CEE development arm

Nicklas Lindberg has been appointed new president for Skanska Commercial Development Europe (CDE), Skanska's business unit that develops properties in Central and Eastern Europe.

Lindberg assumes the new position on 1 September and is stationed in Warsaw. For last three years he has been heading Skanska Property Poland, a unit within Skanska Commercial Development Europe.

Lindberg has been with Skanska for 10 years, working with Residential Development in the Nordics and for four years he was working for Skanska Russia as both CFO and CEO.

He will maintain his position as president for the Residential Development Unit in Poland. The recruitment of his successor as president for Skanska Property Poland has been initiated.

Lindberg succeeds Richard Hultin who, as announced earlier, was appointed executive vice president in August this year.
