Niam expands into the Danish property market

Nordic investor Niam is opening its first office in Copenhagen on February 1 and has recruited Kristian Krogh as head of the new Danish operations.

'Niam anticipates good investment opportunities on the Danish property market going forward, and by recruiting Kristian as the head of our Danish operations, we will be well positioned to become an integral player in Denmark as well', said Niam CEO Johan Bergman.

Niam has offices in Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki, and two active real estate funds with properties of EUR 2.8 bn under management. The majority of the current property holdings are located in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
