Nexity mulls partnership with Colliers-UFG

Nexity has announced that it is in talks with services company Colliers-UFG on a potential partnership in the French real estate sector. Colliers-UFG manages over 4 million m2 in France, rmaking it the eighth-largest player in real estate services sector for corporates and investors.

The company has annual revenues of EUR 27 mln, of which 70% is generated by its asset management activities and 30% by the transactional business.

In addition, Nexity has unveiled plans to group together its separate divisions under a unique brand, Nexity Demain. The operation is in line with the company's strategy to become 'the leading integrated real estate operator in France'.

Nexity, which is controlled by Caisses d'Epargne with an interest of over 42%, is active both in the development and services sectors through its divisions Saggel, Keops and Lamy.

With a staff of 270, Colliers-UFG, the French arm of Colliers International, has offices in Bordeaux, Brest, Lorient, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Paris, Pau, Rennes, Strasbourg, and Toulouse.
