Cushman & Wakefield has announced the leasing of 10,400 m2 of warehousing and office space in Prologis' Park Nadarzyn centre in Poland to VTS, a leading producer of ventilation and air-conditioning units.
VTS currently has four plants in Central and Eastern Europe totalling 31,000 m2.
Prologis Park Nadarzyn is located in the Nadarzyn area, 25 km to the south west from downtown Warsaw and 15 km from Warsaw's Okêcie international airport. The facility offers a total of 63,000 m3 of logistics accommodation. |
