The NCC Group’s vice president for human resources, Mats Pettersson, joins NCC Group Management. He already held the position of vice president human resources for the entire NCC Group but was not previously a member of Group Management. His position was organisationally affiliated to NCC Construction Sweden. Pettersson will now report directly to Peter Wågström, President and CEO of NCC Group.

The organisational changes become effective on 25 May. A new head of HR will be recruited for NCC Construction Sweden.
