Nami Investment buys Eurocrystal near Paris

Nami Investment has acquired the Eurocrystal office complex in Saint Ouen, in the northern suburb of Paris, from life insurance group Generali Vie. Financial details were not disclosed.

Built in 2005, the building comprises 19,750 m2 on seven upper floors and 303 parking spaces. The scheme is fully let to Danone with a 10-year firm lease. Renault and Cojean are renting the ground floor retail units.

Nami Investment was advised by AEW Europe.

The disposal process was led by the Investment department of Jones Lang LaSalle as part of a co-exclusive sale mandate with Catella. Notaries Wargny-Katz and Dauchez acted for the buyer and the vendor respectively.
