Nami buys office building from Real I.S.

Nami Investment, the real estate investment group majority-owned by Natixis Assurances and managed by AEW Europe, has acquired an office building in Levallois Perret, near Paris, from German asset manager Real I.S. for an undisclosed amount.

The asset was held in Real I.S.'s BGV II fund for institutional investors.

The property offers around 9,300 m2 of office space and is completely let to five tenants.

Nami Investment was adivsed by law firms Wargny Katz and Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés. Maître Laurent Hosana and Orrick Rambaud Martel acted for Real I.S. Knight Frank brokered the deal.
