Multi teams up with Sogam on regeneration project in Paris

Multi Corporation has formed a joint venture with Sogam, the Paris-based subsidiary of French construction company Vinci for inner-city development projects in France.

The Dutch developer, a specialist in commercial development, will bring its expertise in designing and developing retail space to multifunctional projects.

More and more inner-city development projects are being carried out, and they increasingly require a multidisciplinary approach, the company said in a statement. Sogam will be responsible for the office and housing aspects.

Vinci is one of the leading construction companies in France specializing in new buildings, renovation, and historical monuments as well as civil engineering, hydraulics and services.

Multi Corporation is the leading commercial developer of inner-city retail space in Europe and Turkey. The company invests in, develops and manages large-scale mixed-use shopping centres, and inner-city regeneration projects.
