Category: Retail
European retail space developer Multi has divested its 50% interest in the Forum Liberec in the Czech Republic to UK supermarket giant Tesco for an undisclosed amount.

Tesco already owned the other 50% and is now the sole owner.

Opened in spring 2009, Forum Liberec provides 45,000 m2 of retail space, 3,000 m2 of office accommodation as well as 14 apartments and a parking garage for 850 cars. The centre is located in downtown Liberec, a city in the north of the Czech Republic.

Multi was responsible for the design and development of the centre and will continue to operate Forum Liberec through its management company Multi Mall Management.
