Morgan Stanley sells 3 Munich properties for EUR 36m

German asset manager Corpus Sireo has sold three office properties in Munich on behalf of Morgan Stanley. The investment volume for the assets that provide 23,000 m2 of floor space came to EUR 36 mln.

The buyer was fund manager Jargonnant Partners.

Savills advised Morgan Stanley, while Goerk acted for the buyer.

The assets are located at Elsenheimerstraβe 41-43, Charles-de-Gaulle-Straβe 2/3 and Nymphenburger Straβe 92 and include 350 car parking spaces between them.

Alexander Zahrt, senior consultant in the Investment team at Savills Munich, said: 'This sale reflects the high demand for good office properties in Germany at the moment. All three buildings are quality assets in Munich’s established office locations.'
