'The projects nominated for the MIPIM Awards come from all over the world, giving a global overview of the quality of today’s real-estate projects. We decided to change the organisation of the MIPIM Awards by involving the jury alongside participants so as to avoid putting smaller, less-familiar projects at a disadvantage even though they are good enough to win a MIPIM Award,' said Filippo Rean, Director of MIPIM.
