Meyer Bergman strengthens team

European real estate investment management firm Meyer Bergman has appointed Renee Moran as asset manager, in order to grow its dedicated shopping centre asset management team.

Moran brings with her a total of 14 years property experience, specialising predominantly within the retail sector and managing a range of prime and secondary assets across the UK. In her new role she will support Mark Gamble, head of Asset Management, in managing the firm's UK assets, initially focusing predominantly on the intensive asset management programme in place at The Exchange Shopping Centre in Ilford.

Moran joins from Hammerson, where she held the role of asset manager for the past five years and was responsible for a large number of shopping centres within its portfolio, including Brent Cross and Highcross, Leicester. Prior to this she worked at CBRE where she was involved in managing several shopping centres on behalf of clients such as Network Rail and Grosvenor. She is a member of the British Council of Shopping Centres (BCSC) and a committee member of BCSC New Generation.
