Meag leases out 6,200 m2 in Paris

Meag, the global asset manager of Munich Re and Ergo, is leasing 6,200 m2 in its Paris Eight property to the international legal firm Norton Rose. The office building Paris Eight is situated at 40 Rue de Courcelles in Paris's 8th arrondissement (CBD). The lease agreement with Norton Rose is the largest to be concluded in the 'Triangle D’Or' of Paris, and the second largest in the CBD in the last year.

Paris Eight contains a total of 18,000 m2 of rentable office space on its eight floors. After its elaborate renovation, the property is now ready to face the competition for tenants with a modern and innovative design. With its outstanding space efficiency and excellent location in the central business district, Paris Eight is considered one of the top office buildings in Paris.
