Matthew Warner joins Turkish developer Astas

Matthew Warner, formerly managing director of King Sturge’s Turkish operation, has joined high-end Turkish developer Astas Holding.

Warner has been appointed development coordinator in Astas' real estate division.

Astas specialises in branded luxury residential, office and hotel projects. The group has formed arrangements with other leading brands such as Kempinski and Armani/Casa to further their aspirations to be the number one developer of exclusive lifestyle projects.

Vedat Ascı, founder and chairman of Astas Holdings commented that 'We strive to keep ahead of what occupiers and investors want and Matthew’s experience in both the UK and Turkish markets will contribute to this'.
