Ecorys to hold masterclass on attracting urban investment

European research and consultancy firm Ecorys, supported by the Urban Land Institute, is holding a 2-day masterclass on attracting urban investment in today's investment climate.

Ecorys said urban development in European cities is suffering from a lack of public funding and private investment given the current economic climate.

The class on 21-22 January will explore new sources of urban development finance, explore the merits of current development projects, and offer practical advice on how to survive the economic downturn. Ecorys is a Knowledge Partner of the ULI Urban Investment Network and ULI members will receive a special 20% discount from the original cost of EUR 1,495.

Urban Investment Network Partners will receive an additional 10% off of the discounted rate for a fee of €1,046.
