Marianne Voigt joins Alstria's supervisory board

Alstria Office REIT has appointed Marianne Voigt to its supervisory board. The German office investor said the appointment was the first step in adjusting its supervisory board to a new shareholder structure and reflects its increased free float. Voigt is a founder and managing director of bettermarks, an online maths tutor. Prior to that she was for nine years the CFO/COO of Immobilienscout 24, an internet portal and the leading real estate market in Germany.

Based in Hamburg, Alstria's portfolio of German offices is valued at EUR 1.5 bn.
