MAPIC: Reiss expands in Moscow

UK designer clothes retailer Reiss has acquired a 257 m2 unit on the ground floor of Metropolis shopping centre in Moscow. The new store, which is expected to open for trading in December 2011, will showcase the full range of menswear, woman's wear and accessories.

Cushman & Wakefield advised Reiss.

The store in Metropolis will be Reiss' third outlet in Russia. The chain already has a 290 m2 store in St. Petersburg operating in Galeria shopping centre and a 450 m2 corner in Tsvetnoy Central Market in Moscow.

Founded in 1971 by David Reiss, the retailer has over 90 stores worldwide.
