MAPIC: JLL adds to European retail team

Global property adviser Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Marina Vidal to its EMEA retail development team as general contractor. Vidal will be responsible for leading JLL's European retail service offering with Tetris Projects, a subsidiary that offers a one-stop-solution for fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Vidal has 12 years' experience in the distribution of fashion and luxury goods, and was previously retail manager for brands including Montblanc, Porsche Design and Guess.

Alexandra Li has joined JLL's business development team in France. As head of the development of Asian clients she will be in charge of developing the business, mainly Chinese investors and users likely to settle and invest in France. Li will also support French groups in their real estate strategy in China.
