M&G fund adds Finland malls for EUR 20m

M&G European Property Fund has acquired two retail properties in the Finnish city of Vantaa for EUR 19.8 mln.

M&G purchased the properties from PG Finland North and Sjaelso Finland. The two malls boast 10,500 m2 of lettable retail area and already host several major domestic tenants.

DTZ Sweden AB acted as the adviser to the sellers.

M&G is the European investment management arm of UK financial services group Prudential.
