Logistics real-estate specialist Alpha Industrial has appointed Bernd Jungholt to the position of project manager. Jungholt (38) joins the management team headed by Jörg Schröder, managing partner of Alpha Industrial.

He comes from Bremer, where he started in 1999 as construction manager for Turnkey Construction, and where he has been responsible for the development of more than 370,000 m2 of new and refurbished logistics space in Germany since 2003.

Alpha Industrial Asset Management specialises on the management of industrial and logistics properties. It is responsible for around 360,000 m2 of real estate in 19 locations across Germany and The Netherlands.
