LB Immo acquires apartments and nursing homes for EUR 30m

LB Immo Invest, the special funds subsidiary of HSH Real Estate, invested just over EUR 30 mln in early December to acquire two nursing homes and three apartment buildings in Germany.

The nursing homes, one near Hamburg and the other in Bremen, were purchased for EUR 19 mln and will be contributed to the LB Pflege-Invest Deutschland I special fund. The residential assets are located in Berlin and were acquired for EUR 11.5 mln. The apartment buildings are being added to the LB Wohn-Invest Deutschland I special fund.
