Law firm signs up for maxCologne project

German law firm GÖRG has signed a deal to take 6,800 m2 of space in the maxCologne-Rheinetagen project, developer Hochtief Projektentwicklung said in a statement on Tuesday.

The deal represents the third biggest lease of 2011 in Cologne and means just under 93% of the space in the project has already been let, one year before completion, Hochtief said.
