Category: Company News
LaSalle Investment Management (LaSalle IM) has opened a representative office in Dubai in support of its commitment to the company's Middle Eastern clients.

The Dubai office will be led by Nick Brooks, Regional Director, who has been based in LaSalle's London office since 2002 and has been client service manager to LaSalle's Middle Eastern clients for the last eight years. As head of the new office, Brooks will be responsible for ensuring regional clients have full access to LaSalle's premium brand of client service and global real estate fund offerings.

'Over the last eight years we been working with many of the Gulf's institutional investors and we are dedicated to continuing to provide them with the highest levels of client service,' said Brooks.

He added: 'We believe that Gulf investors will find the current positive position of many of the world's real estate markets attractive, and being present in the Gulf in real time will help us serve them in an increasingly meaningful way. Another advantage of a local office is that it enables us to monitor the real estate investment climate more closely to determine the potential to expand our business to the Gulf region in the future.'
