LaSalle gets green certs for Le Delage and Le Bleriot

LaSalle Investment Management has announced that its French office buildings, Le Delage and Le Bleriot have been awarded green certification.

The 44,807-m2 Le Delage in Gennevilliers and the 21,548-m2 Le Bleriot in Suresnes are the 23rd and 24th buildings in France to receive the HQE green rating from Certivea for the operations and maintenance of existing buildings.

LaSalle Investment Management was supported through the application process by BNP Paribas Real Estate, the property manager of both buildings.
