LaSalle appoints Martin Jochem as joint MD of German KAG

LaSalle Investment Management has announced the appointment of Martin Jochem as joint managing director of the newly licensed investment vehicle La Salle Kapitalanlagegesellschaft (LaSalle KAG) in Munich, Germany.

Jochem will be jointly responsible along with Ulrich Nack, also managing director, for overseeing the operations of LaSalle KAG.

German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) recently approved the formation of the KAG, a capital investment company for specialist investment funds. The main target group is institutional investors in Germany, as well as in Austria and Switzerland, who will now have the opportunity to benefit from the global service infrastructure of LaSalle via German funds.

Jochem is a qualified lawyer in Frankfurt and a member of the Supervisory Board of GIG Grundbesitz Immobilien in Munich. He has many years of experience in the real estate capital investment market.
