French shopping centre REIT Klépierre has been included in both Dow Jones Sustainability Indices, the DJSI World and Europe indices, for the 5th year in a row, SAM Research
(Sustainable Asset Management Research) confirmed. The two indices include the best corporations as measured by their performances in sustainable development.

Aside from the two DJSI indices, Klépierre is the only European real estate company included in the FTSE4Good Index, ASPI Eurozone, Ethibel Excellence Index, Ethibel Pioneer Index, and Kempen/SNS European SRI Universe.

Klépierre also ranked 7th among listed European real estate companies in the GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) survey, with a global score of 60% (69%
for management and policy and 56% for implementation and measurement). Steen & Strøm (Klépierre’s 56.1% held Scandinavian subsidiary) obtained a global score of 61%. Both
companies are included in the Green Stars top category, which includes 65 companies among the 340 that were evaluated around the world.

The Green Star label is awarded to corporations that have an integrated organizational approach to the measurement and management of key performance indicators (KPI), as
well as implementation of resource use measuring systems and innovative systems that seek to move beyond measuring only energy efficiency (productivity, tenant practices,
