King Sturge to manage Ferio mall

King Sturge has been appointed property manager for Ferio Legnica shopping centre in Poland. Opened in March 2007, the centre offers 18 000 m2 of leasable area and 350 parking spaces.

King Sturge manages a 1.3 million m2 portfolio comprising 45 projects for various institutional and private investors in Poland. Its main clients include Aviva Central European Property Fund, Heitman, Catalyst Capital, Balmain Asset Management and P3.
