King Sturge has bolstered its European network with three new appointments in Prague. The property services firm said it has appointed Markéta Hodaová to the position of new head of Asset & Property Management in the Czech capital.
Markéta Hodaová will be responsible for staff management and expansion of the department in terms of its client portfolio.
Hodaová graduated from the Czech University of Economics in Prague and has 10 years of experience in the Czech property market. Prior to joining King Sturge she worked for TK Development, Carrefour and Cenor Group on different commercial properties, managing a portfolio of shopping centres and retail schemes of 200,000 m2.
Stuart Jordan has been recruited to head the Valuation department of King Sturge's Prague office. Jordan will focus on delivering valuation and advisory services to existing and new clients across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in the UK, is an accredited member of the RICS and has five years of experience in the real estate market in the Czech Republic and CEE. Previously, he worked as head of Valuation at Cushman & Wakefield and as asset manager of the Endurance Fund's commercial portfolio.
Michaela Mácová joins King Sturge as business development coordinator, a new role within the King Sturge Prague office. She will be responsible for the coordination of client services across Central Europe and will be in regular contact with the King Sturge European network. |
