Keen to expand Rzeszow mall in Poland

Keen Property Partners Retail (KPP Retail) has announced that it is to expand Rzeszów Plaza shopping centre in Poland due to customer and tenant demand. As a result, the commercial space of the mall will increase by 5,000 m2 to a total 19,500 m2. There will be around 15 new shops over two storeys and an additional 500 parking spaces in a five-storey car park.

The construction permit has been granted and construction will start in the next few weeks. The opening of the new part of Rzeszów Plaza is planned for October 2011. The cost of the extension investment amounts to about EUR 13 mln.
