JLL advised on major shopping centre deal in Warsaw

Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that its Polish Investment Team advised Carpathian on a disposal of Promenada Shopping Centre in Warsaw.

The shopping centre was acquired by Atrium European Real Estate for EUR 169.5 mln, with an additional EUR 1.5 mln payable upon successful recovery of VAT by Atrium.

Promenada, located on Ostrobramska Street in Warsaw, is one of the leading and best established shopping centres. Promenada provides 54,000 m2 GLA.

The 42,000-m2 retail component is anchored by Alma supermarket (4,000 m2) and Cinema-City multiplex (6,600 m2) and several well know international and Polish brands such as H&M, Zara, Go Sport, Reserved, KappAhl, River Island, Esprit, Superpharm, Smyk, Empik, Sephora, Almi Décor, Electroworld, Bennetton, Lacoste, Max Mara, Versace, Liu Jo and many others. The remaining 12,000 m2 is office space.
