JLL boosts UK Retail team

Jones Lang LaSalle's Property and Asset Management business in the UK has announced that Catherine Lambert, head of its Retail Management team, has moved into a new role as chairman of Retail Management whilst Richard Davies takes the role of lead director. Lambert, who joined the firm from CBRE in 2007, said: 'Our business has grown extremely quickly in the past few years and Richard’s appointment is a further expansion of our senior team which has been made in order to service our fund management, property and banking sector clients who are seeking enhanced portfolio performance. Richard brings exceptional talent and also UK and international experience to his new role.'

Davies, who returns to the UK Retail Management team having spent three years establishing Jones Lang LaSalle's Shopping Centre business in Turkey, added: 'Continual service development from managers has never been more important to asset performance. We are committed to investment in people at all levels to keep our clients at the forefront of this highly specialist sector.'
