IVG's Development boss steps down
Date: 3 January 2010
Category: Company News
Andreas Barth, head of the development division and a board member at IVG Immobilien, has stepped down from his position at the German company. He will remain available, however, in an advisory role until the end of 2010.

Barth's resignation follows IVG's decision to shift the focus of its activities to its Investment and Funds businesses and away from Development in the wake of the global financial and economic crisis. The independent Development division will be wound down once the current projects have been completed and will only be continued via Asset Management in a limited form for the company's own real estate portfolio.
