Integrale acquires Drapier building in Brussels

Belgian insurance company Integrale has purchased the Drapiers office building in Brussels from Irish holding company O'Mahony for around EUR 21 mln.

Located in the Louise district of Brussels, the property offers a surface area of around 9,000 m2. It is fully rented to the European Defence Agency, which has recently agreed to extend its lease by a further 13 years in letting negotations carried out by real estate consultant Anixton.

Anixton acted for the vendor on the sale.
