Immofinanz appoints EC Harris to deliver 110,000-m2 mall

Listed CEE real estate investor Immofinanz has appointed international consultancy EC Harris to manage the completion of the 110,000-m2 Maritimo Shopping Centre in Romania.

The mall is located in Constanta, a city 250 km east of the Romanian capital Bucharest.

EC Harris provides strategic leadership to the design, construction and cost management teams as well as overseeing coordination of all the tenants who eventually open up outlets in the centre. EC Harris has also taken on the project management role to ensure that all parties remain on target to complete the project by autumn 2011.

EC Harris advises clients on the planning and execution of their strategies. The firm has 40 offices in 28 countries employing over 3,000 people worldwide. Group revenue in 2009-10 was £270 mln.
