New president takes office at CoreNet UK

Ian Smith has taken office as president of CoreNet Global's UK Chapter. Smith is head of project management Global Corporate Services EMEA for CB Richard Ellis.

He has taken over responsibility for the running of the UK Chapter from Nigel Baker.

CoreNet Global is an association for corporate real estate (CRE) and workplace professionals, service providers and economic developers. The network has active chapters in the EMEA region including Benelux, Central Europe, the Middle East and the UK.

The UK Chapter of CoreNet Global is the second largest worldwide.
