HSH provides EUR 103m financing to Hamburg project

HSH Nordbank has agreed to provide EUR 103 mln financing to German developer Frankonia Eurobau for its Großer Burstah Office/Lofthaus project in Hamburg.

The project will provide office and retail space, as well as studio and loft apartments over a total gross area of 22,000 m2 in the vicinity of the City Hall and Chamber of Commerce.

HSH Nordbank provides real estate financing business solely in Germany.
